Shipping and Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options and now we have expanded to provide international services providing shipping no matter where you live. If by any chance, you live in a country where we are unable to ship we will contact you. We offer free shipping to the United States and some countries. Other Countries that we are unable to will be charged a fee to deliver.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Our processing time is 1-10 business days. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Our processing time is 1-3 business days. Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed by us. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–7 business days to make your customized item.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.  International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. United States orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product or EMS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 days to arrive at their destination. Items can sometimes take longer from time to time due to postal delays which can be up to 45 days. Other countries can take a little longer between 20 and 45 days.
  •  During the holiday season, processing times can increase the number of business days estimated. 

What if you have multiple items in an order?

If you bought more than one item in your order, you may receive more than one package. This is because we may have one of your products in another warehouse that is not in the same location. 


What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.


Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days after your order is shipped, please contact us.


My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. In some cases depending on shipping companies or how busy they become tracking can take up to 10 days for it to update in the system.

In the case that your item has been lost in the mail (based on your tracking number not updating) we will offer a refund or replace your product.



A working or business day is a regular workday. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.


We have no control over shipping carriers, their operations, or events that affect their delivery schedules. Therefore, we do not guarantee on-time delivery



      Size Chart Guide


      All of our sizes come all in Asian Sizes but we convert them to US American sizing standards so you can just choose your regular American US standard size you would normally get.

      If you would like to take a look at the sizing to make a more accurate size take a look at this chart below, It shows the US measurements of the of our clothing.

      If you receive your item and the tag is two sizes larger than the size that you originally purchased it is because that tag is in Asian Size and it is two sizes smaller.
